Download SWFObject archive package “swfobject_2_0.zip”. Extract it to your hard-drive. You get there everything you need to get started. Play with it. Learn from samples. Finally, create at your server new folder “swfobject” and FTP there files “expressInstall.swf” and “swfobject.js”, remember the URI to that folder.
As an example we will consider that your site is http://yoursite.com and that you just created “swfobject” folder in your root folder, so your URI will be: /swfobject/ — required instructions for your default settings will look like this:
<!--JWMP
swfobject=/swfobject/swfobject.js
install=/swfobject/expressInstall.swf
version=9.0.0
height=170
width=200

If you have problems with [swfobject], please, refer to SWFObject Documentation before you post your question here. Adobe, your browser, WordPress, SWFFix and Jeroen Wijering, they all have very good documentation and very good support. Make sure that your question was not already asked and answered.
